Returns Policy

At Actionware, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring
complete customer satisfaction.

We offer a 14-Day
Return Policy on all eligible products.

Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns will only be accepted under the following
conditions:

• Damaged Product
• Manufacturing Defect
• Incomplete Product
• Incorrect Product Delivered

The return window begins from the date of delivery, as confirmed
by our logistics partners.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

• Share 2
  images of the product:
• One showing the damaged/defective part
• One showing the complete product
• Submit your request via:
• “Contact Us” section, or
• Email: ecommerce@actionware.in
  

Important Conditions

• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery/assembly for return
  eligibility.
• The product must be returned in:
• Original condition
• Original packaging
• With invoice and tags intact
• If the packaging appears tampered or damaged at delivery, please refuse the shipment
  and inform us immediately at 9409309011.
  

Replacement & Refund Policy

• Eligible products will be offered 100% replacement or refund.
  
• Replacement via courier is applicable only for products of equal value, subject to
  stock availability.
• Refund/replacement will be processed after product inspection.

Processing Time

• Refund/Replacement processing: 1–2 weeks after product receipt
• Remote/Tier 2 & Tier 3 locations may require additional
  time

Refund Modes

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (credit/debit card)
• Cash on Delivery (COD):
• Refund issued via cheque
  
• Processing time: 7–8
  working days
• Customers must provide required details for cheque issuance

Note: COD convenience charges
are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift vouchers are non-returnable
  and non-exchangeable

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order:

• Cancellation is allowed within
  24 hours of order confirmation, or
• Before dispatch, whichever is earlier

If the order is already shipped:

• Cancellation may still be possible, but cancellation charges will apply
